Shipping Policy

Parties:

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is entered into between the Solar-Based E-commerce Site (referred to as “Seller”) and Indian Postal Logistics and other local Logistics (referred to as “Logistics Partners”).

Delivery Time:

1. For orders within West Bengal, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 days from the date of order confirmation.

2. For orders across India, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Partners:

1. The Seller has entered into a contract with Indian Postal Logistics and other Logistics to facilitate the shipment and delivery of products.

Product Return Policy:

1. Customers are eligible to return the product within 1 day from the date of delivery.

2. To initiate a return, customers must contact the Seller’s customer support team and provide relevant details.

3. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials intact.

Refund and Replacement:

1. Refunds will not be provided for returned products.

2. In case of a dispute or defect, the Seller will replace the product with an equivalent item.

3. The replacement product will be dispatched to the customer at the earliest possible time, subject to product availability.

Procedure for Returns:

1. Customers must contact the Seller’s customer support team within 1 day of receiving the product to initiate a return.

2. The customer support team will guide the customer through the return process, including providing a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Disputed Products:

1. In the event of a dispute or discrepancy with the delivered product, customers must notify the Seller’s customer support team within 1 day of receiving the product.

2. The Seller will assess the dispute and, if validated, will arrange for the replacement of the disputed product.
